About 15 minutes and 4 poses in I thought "was this such a good idea?" The vibrancy of the studio and the good feel of the teacher, who took time to teach me how to improve my practice, made that thought dissipate as I let my body relax into each detoxifying position. I walked home with lots of enthusiasm... and then I slept and slept. Let the healing be.
